This submission by PhD student and Research Fellow at Centre for Global Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Richard Ferrers, examines some the terms of reference missing from the National Review of the Innovation System.
These involve including consideration of the end customer as well as government, industry and academia, creative destruction and the ramifications of innovation and a tangible target for which to aim.
