Foundations of Innovation
It is very difficult for me to describe this development without using hyperbole; we created this website to encourage innovation in Australia and this new section represents a great deal of that. While elsewhere on the site we are still learning what infrastructure is needed and how to best encourage interaction, right here John Barker and his collaborators are doing it all.
Writing a book is never a simple task and taking on a topic as daunting as "innovation" is a remarkable undertaking. John is taking that one step further here though; he's walking the walk and writing this book in public, here in the wiki. This means that not only can you read his thoughts as they develop into words, sentences and paragraphs but you can jump in and expand on them, becoming a collaborator and adding details that John may not have though to, refining an idea, adding a reference, editing or just adding your two cents.
Please take the time to read the beginnings of Foundations of Innovation, Transformation and Change. I hope it inspires you as much as it has us. If so, I urge you to add comments, corrections or your thoughts to this remarkable work... or at least applaud an Australian Innovator.
