UK Review case study
Dr John Bell's submission looks at the terms of reference of the Australian Nation Review of Innovation Systems and compares it to the 2004 review that took place in the UK, which he describes as "widely regarded by policy experts as probably the best of its kind in recent years."
This submission examines several things we can learn from the UK review and how the Australian review could be expanded to better tackle the innovation problems that face the Nation.
