Overview
This submission posits that the terms of the Review are missing some vital elements: customers, creative destruction, intangibles and outputs.
It argues that customers should be as important to the review as government, industry and academia. It argues that creative destruction needs to be considered as well, ie the need to retrain and retask industries that are pushed to the outer by innovation and it suggests that a particular policy (like world climate change) would be useful.
His final suggestion is mandating two to ten percent of people’s super contribution should go to Australian ventures.
