Overview
This submission states that the quality of “excellence” should be a priority of the innovation system as “mediocrity will not deliver however well funded.”
It goes on to argue the other core principles behind evaluating innovation should be: relevance, outcome, flexibility.
Beyond general recommendations, the report also looks at R&D tax concessions and the CRC program.
