Healthcare, education and wealth generation submission

Overview

This submission offers some general observations about the innovation system and the need for innovation leadership, before making recommendations aimed towards, “establishing an innovation culture, reducing the cost of healthcare system through assistive health Grid and advanced technology, and generating wealth through innovative use of the Broadband Internet.”

The recommendations are:

1. Establishing an innovation culture through a National Centre for Innovation
2. Reducing the cost of our healthcare system through assistive health Grid and advanced IT technologies
3. Generating wealth through innovative use of the Broadband Internet
