Overview
This submission argues that there is support for start up companies but little support for companies beyond there early stages. This can lead to problems in second stage growth or when a company tries to list itself publically. To help maintain a strong SME section and offer better long-term viability this submission suggests the Government offer support and incentives for mergers, which would allow the pooling of value experience, and added viability to both businesses.
