Overview
This submission suggests the Government creates a form of partial qualification which would allow this level or practitioner to tackle certain simple tasks, while more highly-skilled practitioners (like fully-qualified electricians or plumbers) would be free for tasks requiring advanced skills.
The idea would be to help alleviate the skills shortage and offer a new opportunity to the underemployed.
