Abstract

“Public sector procurement has been documented as a key area for delivering outcomes for innovation development.

“Significant expenditure by governments provides the foundation market upon which investment decisions can be made. A policy framework which encourages the commercialisation of Australian innovation to meet the needs of government would provide a ready source of the market needed to ameliorate development risk.”
