Overview
This submission argues that the best way to involve business in innovation is to show that it is a “profitable undertaking”.
Seven ideas are presented, to not just present situations that make innovation profitable, but to also show the community that innovation can be profitable. These include simple proposals like a body of case studies, to an R&D scorecard (which would be instructive as to the investments and returns that successful companies make).
