Submission summary guideline

Basic Instructions
This is a complete template for posting a submission abstract on AiC. It looks like a lot of steps, but that’s only because we have broken down every step. You will read through this and think, “well, that’s pretty obvious,” for a lot of things.
For example, when you copy the information on the template into the new page you leave in all of the = signs and }}, but you remove or replace anything in italics.
The steps shouldn’t take more than five minutes:
- Click on the "edit" tab at the top of this page. It's between "discussion" and "history".
- Fill in this form replacing or deleting the areas in italics. Save a copy of this in a word processor or just by highlighting it and using Edit “Copy”.
- Take the “submission title” you put in the info box, add “submission” to it at the end and create a new page for it (if required). The instructions are below and it’s very easy.
- Paste the summary into the new page.
- Choose the “Submissions” and “2008 Review Submissions” from the categories at the bottom.
- Click on “Show preview” at the bottom and check everything it as it should be.
- Clik “Save page”.
If you get stuck at any time open a new window and look at Marketing innovation cluster submission as an example. If you click on "edit" you can see the code at work. Just don't hit "Save Page" before you exit (even if you do, we can still recover it, so don't worry).
Submission Name
The name of the wiki page should be the submission title with the word “submission” on the end. For example, if the name of the submission is “Writing Better Guidelines”, the name of your submission page would be “Writing better guidelines submission”. Notice the sentence case for capitalisation.
You can add a new submission page very easily. Once you are logged in you can:
1) and enter the name of the submission in the space on the top right saying “Create an Article in this category”. Press “Submit”.
2) Just paste the submission name onto the end of http://aussieinnovation.com/wiki/ in the address bar of your browser. If you pasted http://aussieinnovation.com/wiki/Writing_better_guidelines_submission into the address bar it would create a page with the right title for the example above.
Actual Abstract text, Copy and paste everything below this point

Abstract/Overview
This is the summary of the submission. It is intended to give people reading this page a good idea if the submission touches on the topics they wish to explore.
Use the word “Abstract” in the title if you pull a section from the submission and quote it directly as the summary. This works well when the document has a clear and concise introduction. Use the word “Overview” when it is more effect to sum up the thrust of the article in a new summary paragraph or two.
Link: media:name of your submission.pdf
Place the link to your submission here. Ideally, we would like to host a copy of your submission so you would upload it to AussieInnovation.com using the “Upload file” option to the left, and inserting the resulting URL in this section.
Notes
Any notes you wish to add. Is there any aspect of the submissions you are particularly keen to explore? Is there aspect you have deliberately avoided as being outside of scope? Is there anything else that a reader should consider as they approach your submission?
Discussion
The link to the forum discussion. The name of the submission forum topic should be the same as the name of the submission without the word “submission” on the end.
