How to use this template

Note that there are only 3 required fields:

name=
city=
state=

All other fields are purely optional. If optional fields are not assigned a value then they are not displayed (It might be good to leave these fields in for future changes).

Copy and paste the following into the top of the article, after any {{Otheruses templates}}. See the Field listing below for sample values.

Notes

if the image= field is shown, the motto= field is shown under the image; otherwise the motto= field is shown between the Area and the Mascot
motto_translation= appears only if motto= appears
If there is a street address, the label is Address; otherwise, it is Location
website= is ignored if url= is defined
type= is ignored if fundingtype= is defined
religious_affiliation= is ignored if affiliation= is defined
