Abstract

“Help is needed form a National Innovation Strategy that is sensitive to regional Australia, even when such a region is not politically marginal or represented by sitting politicians with influence.

“There has to be an independent assessment of the merits of such a case as USC, attempting to catalyse regional innovation.”
